Create tasks on the app that need to be checked and maintained on a daily, weekly, monthly, three monthly, 6 monthly yearly over at least the next five years.
These tasks will appear on the job list and also appear on your calendar home screen.
Once you complete a task you will be prompted to complete a report. This report will then appear in the history – giving you a record of work being completed or not.
When you complete a planned maintenance task, it will then reoccur in the calendar when due again.
